I know, I’ve been there, too. So many times in fact. There’s something you’ve been wanting to do, meaning to do, trying to create space for and you KNOW, that if you just did the darn thing (at all or with some consistency) that you’d see major results in your life.
In this short video I share a self coaching method you can put into action in any area of your life - career, well-being, relationships, finances - that, with a bit of action and consistency, you’ll see results. I share two examples from my own life as well.
After you watch the video ask yourself, “What’s the one thing I want to do in _______ area(s) of my life that I’ve been thinking about doing for some time.” Then I challenge you to give it a try with some consistency.
