I have a MA in Counseling, this lovely coaching business right here, and have facilitated live learning experiences across the globe (60 countries and counting). I’m also a mom, partner, friend, and old soul who trusts goosebumps and tears more than data (though as a former academic researcher, I do still love some data). It’s my mission to help people thrive inside and outside of their career. I help you make aligned decisions and behavioral shifts so you can close the gap between how things are and how you want them to be. I approach this work with a bit of woo, dose of research, and actionable strategies that get you results and fulfillment.
