Philosophy and Coaching Process

I believe we all have the answers within ourselves and we need to access our inner voice to live a life aligned with our truest self. I encourage people to change their mindset when needed, toss the stories that don’t serve them, and to grow into their true self. This approach helps people to make changes in their lives that they’ve been feeling an urge to make for some time - most of my clients focus on career fulfillment, but the changes can be in general life such as relationships, day-to-day life, or just because you want to live filled with more peace and joy. Often my clients feel on the cusp of change and are looking for a supportive push and guidance to get there. It often includes letting go of stories holding them back, shedding fear, and finally saying “I’m done!” with having other people’s thoughts get in their way. That’s where I come in.

At this point I have to be transparent and tell you that coaching can result in some magical things for your life, but coaching is not magic. I don’t make any guarantees for your life, career, success, or otherwise and coaching alone is never enough. You’ve got to do some work, and sometimes there’s resistance around that. If there is, we’ll talk about the resistance in your sessions!

Group coaching involves you, the group, and me. I will provide a safe, neutral environment to express yourself freely and without judgment. There’s no judgment here and I expect the same of all group members. I will support, challenge, and respect the growth that only you can make. While this may be unexpected, there may be times when you end a session feeling worse than when you started; this is the result of digging deep and challenging and pushing yourself. It’s growth! If any doubt or question arises during our work together in group or individually, please ask me for further clarification. I will not give advice or tell you what to do; my role is to assist in decision making and provide support as I join you on this journey toward self-discovery and growth.
