Inspired + Aligned: The Course

// Client Agreement and Terms of Purchase //

This Agreement sets for the terms of purchase for your purchase of Inspired + Aligned: The Course by Julie Tobi of Eliza Paper Space, LLC.

By paying your invoice issued by Julie Tobi of Eliza Paper Space, LLC (the “Company”) you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Live Course

This live course program includes:

6 modules taught live, approximately 30-60 minutes in duration each

One live Q&A session, approximately 30-60 minutes in duration

Worksheets to accompany the modules - at least one worksheet per module, not including the Q&A session

The program cost remains the same regardless of your attendance and/or participation in EACH of the program elements.

Course module dates are pre-determined. If you are not able to attend, modules will be recorded for you to view on your own time. All module/session times are in Eastern Standard Time. In the unlikely event the company needs to change a module time due to illness of Julie Tobi or a family member, the company will announce an alternative time for the live module.

Intellectual Property and Use of Materials 

All materials provided to you as part of this Program which are the subject of this Agreement are proprietary and may not be duplicated, copied, re-used, reproduced, published, or displayed in any form. Access to any materials or content online or otherwise as part of the Program subject to this Agreement should not be construed as granting any right to duplicate said content.

Confidentiality

Any identifying information about Program members, including posting on social media, may only occur with express documented confirmation from program members. My self, Julie Tobi, and my company Eliza Paper Space, LLC are not responsible for anything any Program members say or disclose. You are entering this Program at your own discretion. Recorded Program sessions are for group members only and are not to be shared, published, posted, emailed or otherwise communicated to anyone not in the Program.

Communications

The community cultivated by Julie Tobi and Eliza Paper Space, LLC is intended to be a supportive, respectful and positive community. Communicating disrespectfully to other members of the Program or to the Eliza Paper Space, LLC staff constitutes grounds for removal from the program, which decision shall be in the sole discretion of Julie Tobi and the Eliza Paper Space, LLC staff.

Payment

Payment is required before beginning the program.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable

Voidability

This Agreement cannot be voided by not attending or participating in the Inspired + Aligned: The Course Program, or in any other way attempting to avoid receipt of the program. These actions will not void your Agreement or permit you the right to a refund.

Modification

Eliza Paper Space, LLC may modify this Agreement without notice. You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any future modifications when such modifications are posted to this website. Review this Agreement regularly during the Program to keep apprised of any changes.

Disclaimer

Use of the Inspired + Aligned: The Course Program covered by this agreement and any content provided therein is at your own risk. Julie Tobi and Eliza Paper Space, LLC are not responsible for any physical or non-physical damages imagined, perceived, or otherwise sustained as a result of the use of the Program or Services or any content provided as part of the Program or Services. The Services provided through the Program are advisory and supportive only, and you bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your personal or professional life. You are free to reject any advice or suggestions made during the Program at any time. There are no guarantees as to the progress or outcomes that may result from the Services and you are responsible for the results you achieve.

While Julie Tobi has a Master’s degree in counseling, this program delivers coaching. This does NOT include mental health counseling, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you currently have untreated/un-managed mental health issues those are best addressed and treated prior to engaging in coaching. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR SEEKING THE ADVICE OF A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL, INCLUDING MEDICAL TREATMENT, AS NECESSARY.

Damage Waiver

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Julie Tobi or Eliza Paper Space, LLC be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under this Agreement, arising out of your participation in the Program including due to the actions, statements or behavior of any third parties or participants of the Program. This provision applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Company’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Company for the services during the term of the Program or membership.

Additional Agreements

As a member of this program you agree to:

Maintain the confidentiality of every program member, including the coach, Julie Tobi

Have the technical capabilities and device(s) to attend remote modules and to view recordings and to access worksheets provided.

The understanding that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Provide your own Technical support as needed. This program does not include technical support for any and all software, applications, websites, platforms or otherwise. Technical support is not provided by Julie Tobi or Eliza Paper Space, LLC staff
