Meet Your Coach

Here’s what I know. The world needs more people loving how they spend their time. The fulfillment and energy that comes with being in love with your day to day?! Gives me goosebumps. It impacts everything else - how you show up for yourself, your family, your dog (or cat, for the cat lovers), even the strangers you bump into. It’s my career mission to help people make aligned, intuitive decisions so they love the heck out of their business and life. I draw on my master’s degree in counseling and experience as an entrepreneur to do just that. And I live it! In 2012 I wrote in my journal, “If you’re not listening to your own voice who are you listening to?” and it was a changing point for my life. I realized I wasn’t fully listening to my voice. Now I help creative professionals identify and listen to their own voice to create a career and life that fulfills them. I approach this work with a bit of woo (YES to new moon intention setting!) combined with practical strategies (let’s get clear on your goals, your why, and action steps.) I’ve shared my love for this work with thousands through coaching, interviews (on TODAY.com was a personal happy dance), guest speaking and teaching. I trust goosebumps and tears more than data (though I do love me some solid data) and I do life in Michigan with my husband and three kiddos. That’s me in a bio. I’m ready to learn more about you.

This Group is For *Established Business Owners Who Are:
Ready to take intentional action and do the work. Group coaching is magical, but it is not straight up magic. Aligned, intuitive action is necessary and where the good stuff happens.
On board to willingly and lovingly co-create a safe, brave, vulnerable space that honors everyone’s experiences, backgrounds, identities, and stories.
Into a bit (or a lot) of woo! All things woo-woo are “on trend” right now, but I call foul. Intuition, astrology, crystals - these are damn near as old as time. Woo-woo things come up from time to time in group and this space is for you if you’re into it (or at least open to it).
Holding definitions of success that go beyond money. We need to make money, yes. But we also need fulfillment, space for who we are, time for play and leisure and lounging, connection with our people, and loving how we spend our time.
Ready to be supportive of other group members. A group experience is receive and give. You’re ready to actively offer insight, support, and encouragement to the group members.
This Group is NOT For Those Who Are:
Not willing to do the work for themselves, their business, or fellow group members. Again, group coaching is magical, but it is not straight up magic. There are no magic pills or magic wands. A lack of commitment or action just won’t fly or give you results.
Looking for a quick way to make a buck and are only focused on their income. Your success and fulfillment is hinged on SO much more than dollars. I want you to make bank (if you want to!) and I want you to love how you’re doing it.
Not committed to social justice, anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion. I simply have no space in my work for hate or complacency or “not my problem” attitudes when it comes to social justice.
Only wanting business strategy and a coach to tell them what to do. If you’re looking for a formulaic approach for your business (things like step by step strategies for launches, social media, sales funnels, etc.), I’m not your girl.
Offended by the occasional F bomb. Hey, they happen sometimes!
